Modern Apartment in old Habsburg Villa with magnificent terrace

Welcome to our historic apartment with modern interior, and a large terrace (ca. 80m2) overlooking old villas, parks and the sea! Located only 20m from the sea and the famous Lungomare in Volosko Opatija, this apartment will enchant you with its historic charme and a location which is very close to restaurants and the sea. It sleeps up to 8 people. 

House Details

Our apartment features 3 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep. 2 bedrooms sleep 2 people each, while the third bedroom has a kind size bed plus 2 side beds which can be pulled out from underneath the king bed (90cm x 180 cm each). So the third bedroom sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom comes with linens, towels and pillows.  You will also find a kitchen equipped with everything that is necessary to cook delicious meals which you could enjoy on our magnificent terrace with sea view.

House Rules

Check-in from 16:00 until 2:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Please note that the check-in is contactless, and you will receive a code to the key box after your booking.  

Smoking and parties are not allowed in this property.

Your pets are welcome, however we will charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 per stay. 

Please note that between 22:00 and 7:00 outside noise needs to be kept to a a minimum. You are welcome to stay outside during this time, but please respect your neighbors.
