Premium Apartment with private Pool, Sea View and Garden

Welcome to our beautiful garden apartment with your private pool, just a few minutes walk from the sea and the restaurants in Volosko. Take a swim in the pool (approx. 5.3m x 3.2m; heatable; pool closed from November 1st to February 29th) or enjoy a cold drink on the lounge with sea view. When you feel hungry, you will find a fully equipped indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen with fridge, BBQ and sea view.

Please note that the pictures above are just renderings and that actual furniture and material may vary. The apartment and the garden are currently undergoing a full renovation and should be available as of spring 2023.

House Details

Our home features 2 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep. Each bedroom has linens, towels and pillows and sleeps 2 people each. Two additional people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. You will also find a kitchen equipped with everything that is necessary to cook delicious meals, or cook your food on the BBQ in the garden! The apartment comes with a garden with pool, outdoor kitchen, terrace and lounge.

House Rules

Check-in from 16:00 until 2:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Please note that the check-in is contactless, and you will receive a code to the key box after your booking.  

Smoking and parties are not allowed in this property.

Your pets are welcome, however we will charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 per stay. 

Please note that between 22:00 and 7:00 outside noise needs to be kept to a minimum. You are welcome to stay outside during this time, but please turn down the music and respect your neighbors.
