Premium Villa with Infinity Pool, Sea View and Jacuzzi

Welcome to our villa with pool, just a few minutes above the old town of Opatija Volosko. Start the day with a breakfast and coffee on the terrace while enjoying the beautiful sea view. Refresh yourself in the infinity pool with sea view (approx. 10m x 3.70m; heatable; pool closed from November 1st to February 29th) or unwind in the warm jacuzzi, also with sea view. If you prefer some action, jump on the trampoline, or play a round of table soccer, table tennis or a game on the playstation! 

House Details

Our home features 4 comfortable bedrooms for a perfect night's sleep. Each bedroom has linens, towels and pillows. We have three bedrooms which sleep 2 people each, and one bedroom which has a king bed plus 2 side beds (90 cm x 180cm each). An additional person can sleep on a sofa bed in the fireplace room (please note that this room does not have a door but is a separated room off the living room).  You will also find a kitchen equipped with everything that is necessary to cook delicious meals, or you can  cook your food on the BBQ in the garden. 

House Rules

Check-in from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. Please note that the check-in is contactless, and you will receive a code to the key box after your booking.  

Smoking and parties are not allowed in this property.

Your pets are welcome, however we will charge an additional cleaning fee of EUR 30 per stay. 

Please note that between 22:00 and 7:00 outside noise needs to be kept to a minimum. You are welcome to stay outside during this time, but please turn down the music and respect your neighbors.
